MICAS is a cloud-based service application designed to help us manage our customer's multifunction printing devices. The MICAS service delivers real-time service notifications and remote diagnostics to help increase device uptime. Sharp Business Systems service teams can use the MICAS service to monitor and maintain both Sharp and OEM devices. When an MFP fleet is registered on MICAS℠, service technicians have access to all MICAS data on the MICAS mobile app.
